You can make it easier by squatting on the toilet seat. Take off lower undergarments and footwear. Now rest abdomen against the thighs. Keep the body fairly upright. Don't push unless you feel faeces have descended, to avoid haemarrhoids. Relax and aim to keep breathing.   [guest]
